  • What is a sport nutrition supplement?

    A sports nutrition supplement is suitable for elite athletes through to the everyday, active consumer. It can come in a variety of formats such as powder, capsule or liquid and is added to a person’s diet to enhance their nutrition and thus improve their training and performance.

  • Having trouble browsing and shopping online?

Please check that your web browser is using the most up-to-date version. If not, you can simply download the latest version of your web browser to ensure you are browsing and shopping the site without any bugs or problems.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. If you have provided a valid mobile number or email when placing your order, the courier will send you a notification of when the order is due to be delivered to you. You will then be able to re-arrange delivery direct with the courier if applicable.

CANADA

For all CANADA orders, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed and delivered. Deliveries will be made Monday-Fridays from 8-6pm.

Free Delivery

Free Delivery service is only available for Vancouver Island customers. Once dispatched, they can take between 3-5 working days to be delivered to you.

International orders

We advise that International Orders will be received within 10 working days via the international courier service.

  • What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged on delivery?

    If your order is damaged or incorrect please email within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible. Please quote your order or delivery note number when contacting us.

  • What is the returns policy?

  • How can I make a Wholesale enquiry?

    For all Trade Enquiries please get in touch using the website contact form. We are open Monday-Friday 8-6pm excluding Bank Holidays.

  • Are your products Halal Certified?

    All of our products listed on our website have been Halal Approved.
